1.First You have To Register Three Vpn For Server Access 

REGISTER IN TSUNAMIN 

Register In Epple Vpn

REGISTER IN Keburam Vpn

Download Idea 3G Highspeed Config File

3.Now  extract the files and 
go to this folder openvpn=>data=> config  now  you can see folders Tsunamin,Keburam,Epple
Then Open The Folders And Now You can See A text File pass  
edit with notepad and replace username and password words with your Corresponding  VPN’s username and password.

do not forget to save it by pressing ctrl+s

note: paste username on the First line and password on the second line

2. Send it to – 12345
3. After sometime you will receive a SMS that, Your 3G Plan is now successfully activated.
4. Enjoy
